Atlanta-based artist Dr. Dax presents the most ambitious solo exhibition of his career at ABV Gallery. This expansive presentation marks a major milestone in his creative journey, featuring an all-new body of work including original paintings, limited edition prints, exclusive merch, sculpture, and more—showcasing the bold visual language and evolution of his artistic voice.
"This work isn’t about pushing an agenda or telling people what to think. I’m not here to preach. I’m here to create, to offer something that might uplift, inspire, and maybe even shift a perspective, all while catching your eye and pulling you in.
I want people to really look at these pieces. To read them. To spend time with them.
This work is about reacting to the moment. Everything was created on the fly, right in the heart of the South Florida Everglades, using scraps of paint left behind after Art Basel. Whatever I could salvage—oil bars, half-dead markers, old paint. Tools discarded by others became the voice for this story." -Dr. Dax

Join us for a Drink and Doodle Vol 121 at ABV Gallery on June 7th. (60+ ARTISTS!)
Drink & Doodle is a live art event where 60+ local artists create original work within a 4-hour timeframe.
Guests can enjoy drinks, watch the creative process, and collect original artwork. All completed pieces are available in a 24-hour online auction, giving everyone a chance to bid and collect unique works.

Locals Only is a group exhibition at ABV Gallery opening June 21st, showcasing work from over 80 Atlanta-based artists. Each piece is inspired by the city of Atlanta and the state of Georgia. The work will draw from Georgia's vibrant culture, layered history, and distinctive landscapes. The show is a celebration of capturing the spirit of the South through the eyes of the artists who call it home.
